Home Charging: Upon purchasing an EV, you’re eligible for a Complimentary Home Charger and Standard Installation.*

On-the-Road Charging: Utilizing either the FordPass® App or the Connected Built-in Navigation from your vehicle’s touchscreen, you have access to the BlueOval™ Charge Network. As the largest public charging network in North America, it contains 111,000 BlueOval Charge Network Chargers, more than 13,000 BlueOval Charge Network DC Fast Chargers, and more than 15,000 Tesla Superchargers wherever your travels take you. For North Carolina and Virginia residents, you can narrow your search even further to access the closest charging stations.

Battery Confidence: The Ford Power Promise gives you coverage for your EV’s battery health with a high-voltage warranty for up to eight years or 100,000 miles.

Ongoing Support and Guidance: Achieve peace of mind with 24/7 EV support, which includes proactive charging assistance in case anything happens to you on the road. A Ford advisor is always ready to receive your message and will assist you through the next steps. This also includes Ford Roadside Assistance to pick up your ride and bring it to the closest charging station or dealership no matter where you are. Another form of support is done locally from nearby dealerships with Ford Mobile Service or Ford Pickup & Delivery whenever you need maintenance.
